Background: BE Electronics with 3 or more years of experience and good experience on CDMA and GSM technologies.

Experience on OMC-R, BSC and XCDR software upgrades, OMC administration, reparenting of sites, database backups, BSS trouble shooting, site layouts, drawings. RF optimization, frequency planning, commissioning of BTS, BSC, XCDR, transcoder, installation team supervision, drive test analysis, datagen, CTP, COP, NHA, UNIX, new feature implementation, prepare ATP, traffic analysis, erlang calculations. System design, equipment planning, O&M of Motorola/any vendor equipment.

Scope: The incumbent would be responsible for providing training internal and external applicants on wireless competencies. Addl. Information: Motorola trainings like CP02, BSS08, BSS11, SYS02, SYS04, SYS11, or from any other major vendor Nokia/Ericsson/Motorola.

Software Trainer ( Corporate Training - Mumbai )
